In the Mets first match-up against the Padres, it was a fight to the end with the Mets narrowly edging out the Padres with a final score of 3-1. Neither team seemed to be able to get their bats going due to great pitching from both teams.
Austin Lindsay showed off his awesome pitching skills for this game. Way to go, again, Mets!!
